Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Coordination: Responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily airport operations, working closely with air traffic control, ground services, security, and maintenance.
2. Flight Management: Coordinating flight schedules, gate assignments, and aircraft movement in collaboration with airlines and ground handling teams.
3. Passenger Services: Ensuring a positive passenger experience by coordinating check-in processes, baggage handling, security procedures, and boarding gate operations.
4. Safety and Security: Implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting inspections, and coordinating emergency response plans.
5. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with airlines, ground handling agencies, airport authorities, and customs to coordinate operations and resolve issues.
6. Crisis Management: Coordinating response efforts during emergencies or disruptions and implementing contingency plans.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining records of operational activities, generating reports, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for improvements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2. Knowledge of airport operations, procedures, and industry regulations.
