Air Duct Cleaning Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute proper duct cleaning techniques.
2. Maintain vehicle supplies and cleanliness.
3. Perform indoor and outdoor AC coil cleaning by removing fan motor blowers.
4. Maintain, service, repair, and replace motors, blowers, compressors, coils, bearings, belts, and related control components; check all safety and control devices, repairing or replacing when needed.
5. Clean up on job site.
6. Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and punctuality.
7. Use tech equipment to process work orders/invoices on site.
8. Deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
9. Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.
10. Perform and track maintenance activities.
11. Perform other related work as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
