Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. This role involves working collaboratively with other technicians to deliver on assigned work by the Operations Coordinator. The candidate is expected to be an active team player, diligent and responsible for the tasks at hand.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will carry out routine inspection and maintenance works such as:

1. Checking for and resolving water/gas leakage issues;
2. Cleaning AC filters and grills;
3. Washing outdoor units / cooling coils;
4. Checking electrical connections;
5. Checking gas pressure;
6. Rectification of AC faults;
7. Gas re-filling;
8. Servicing AC units;
9. Replacing compressor units;

Desired Candidate Profile

Talent Profile: To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following:

• UAE driver's license is essential (to visit clients with the company van)
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning system operation, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex system issues
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Clear communication in English
• Must be presentable
• Strong collaboration skills and a good work ethic
