Job Responsibilities

  1. Safety and Security: Cabin crew members are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure cabin environment. They conduct pre-flight safety briefings, demonstrate safety procedures, and ensure passengers comply with safety regulations. In case of emergencies, they assist with evacuations, administer first aid, and handle security-related matters.
  2. Customer Service: Cabin crew members provide exceptional customer service to passengers, creating a positive travel experience. They greet passengers, assist with seating, handle inquiries, offer refreshments, and attend to special needs or requests. They maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while addressing passenger concerns.
  3. Cabin Preparation: Before each flight, cabin crew members ensure the aircraft cabin is clean, well-stocked, and properly prepared. They check cabin equipment, such as emergency exits, seatbelts, and life jackets, to ensure everything is in working order. They also ensure that catering supplies, including food and beverages, are adequately stocked.
  4. Team Collaboration: Cabin crew members work closely with fellow crew members, including pilots and other cabin crew, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. They collaborate on safety procedures, coordinate service delivery, and assist each other during busy periods or emergencies.
