Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Tools Integration Consultant to assist in setting up and automating workflows using advanced platforms like Synthflow, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and email marketing software. The ideal candidate will have the technical expertise to integrate and optimize these tools, combined with a consultative approach to understand and address our unique business needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tool Integration & Customization:
   
   • Configure and integrate Synthflow, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and email automation platforms.
   • Ensure seamless interoperability between tools to support FCC staffing and client engagement processes.
2. Workflow Automation:
   
   • Design and implement scalable automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
   • Set up triggers, actions, and advanced workflows to streamline key business operations.
3. Consultation & Strategy:
   
   • Collaborate with internal teams to identify pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
   • Develop a roadmap for implementing AI-driven tools to improve service delivery.
4. Training & Support:
   
   • Train team members on the functionality and use of integrated tools.
   • Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
   
   • Monitor the performance of automated workflows and make data-driven improvements.
   • Ensure all systems comply with relevant data security and privacy standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Technical Expertise:
   
   • In-depth knowledge of Synthflow, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and email automation software.
   • Familiarity with API integrations and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript is a plus.
2. Experience in Workflow Automation:
   
   • Proven track record of designing and managing automated processes across platforms.
   • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
3. Communication & Collaboration:
   
   • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
   • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in financial services, recruitment or related industries is advantageous.
• Previous consulting experience in implementing AI tools and automation workflows.
