About Us

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI and machine learning solutions. This role involves working with LLMs, deep learning models, and data-driven AI applications, ensuring efficient and scalable AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, including LLMs, deep learning, and traditional ML techniques.
• Research and implement prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Optimize model performance, inference speed, and computational efficiency.
• Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and training pipelines.

AI System Integration & Deployment

• Integrate AI/ML models into various applications and workflows.
• Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and optimize for scalability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking for AI models.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices in AI development.
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML advancements, industry trends, and best practices.
• Experiment with cutting-edge AI techniques, such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multimodal AI.
• Contribute to AI/ML research, model improvements, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define AI requirements and solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation for AI models, datasets, and development workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong expertise in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and vector databases.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ML pipeline automation.
• Familiarity with AI model optimization, distributed computing, and cloud-based ML deployment.

AI/ML Knowledge

• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, deep learning, and machine learning models.
• Experience with model fine-tuning, zero-shot, and few-shot learning techniques.
• Awareness of AI ethics, responsible AI deployment, and bias mitigation strategies.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, finance, e-commerce, or other AI-driven industries is a plus.
