Job Title: Agricultural Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Lead the integration of multiple sub-systems into a complex system. You shall have multiple fields of knowledge and expertise such as hydroponics, aquaponics, control system.
2. Responsible to design and manage the department.
3. Play a key role in the development and management of project timelines, priorities, risks, budget and resources in order to create and maintain reliable plans for ongoing projects.
4. Establish and maintain integrated project schedules to enable accurate project timelines and financial analyses, and ensure accurate functional input provision into business planning processes.
5. Responsible for the daily planning, organization, supervision and administration of activities on farm estates.
6. Visit sites to observe environmental problems, to consult with contractors, and/or to monitor construction activities.
7. Business Development as look for new projects.
8. Test agricultural machinery and equipment to ensure adequate performance.
9. Conduct educational programs that provide farmers or farm cooperative members with information that can help them improve agricultural productivity.
10. Discuss plans with clients, contractors, consultants, and other engineers so that they can be evaluated and necessary changes made.
11. Supervise food processing or manufacturing plant operations.
12. Design and supervise environmental and land reclamation projects in agriculture and related industries.
13. Implement project management procedures and contribute to the company’s organizational assets, and report to the upper management.
14. Prepare and facilitate decision-making processes with the review committee.
15. Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; help to prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, perform variance analysis and initiate corrective actions.
16. Knowledge on how to construct hydroponic tables, organic and hydroponic growing.
17. Experience with growing greenhouse vegetables & fruits organically and hydroponically.
18. Monitoring plant growth and health.
19. Monitoring workers and teaching them methods of growing and crop collection.
20. Create plan for planting & crop collection; record statistics of each greenhouse.
21. Experience in fertilization needs for vegetables, fruits & flowers kinds of plants.

1. Must have good communication skills.
2. Strong knowledge and experience in greenhouse development.
3. Demonstrated analytical planning, problem-solving and organizational skills.
4. Fluent in English (preferred: additional fluency in Arabic).
5. Must have experience in Hydroponic & Aquaponic.
