Agriculture Maintenance Helper

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help the maintenance team in different farm locations. Provide daily assistance to management and maintenance of grounds on the campus farm.
• Keep farm facilities clean and presentable to the public.
• Perform duties necessary for a successful agriculture management program. Maintain the aesthetics and appearance of the campus farm, including the equine facility and indoor arena for public purposes.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and vehicles related to the farm.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on all HVAC units: filters, coils, belts, grease, replace parts, etc.
• Maintain grounds such as mowing, watering, and edging lawns; perform daily trash removal and rake on a seasonal basis.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Repair HVAC electronic and mechanical components.
• Assist workers in electrical and electronics equipment and plumbing.
• Use a variety of gauges and tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Clean grounds using rakes, brooms, and hoses.
• Connect cables, pulleys, and hooks in a safe manner.
• Perform operational checks, pressurization checks, and run and ring out wires to meet FAA specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Farm Helper: 3 years (Required)
• Maintenance Helper: 2 years (Required)
