Agricultural Engineer

Tejdeed Fertilizers is launching its latest manufacturing plant in Al Mudam, Sharjah. We are seeking a skilled and innovative Agricultural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing agricultural processes developed at Tejdeed, including managing related equipment and systems related to production and application of organic fertilizers. This role requires some knowledge and application in sustainable farming practices, soil science, and agricultural machinery, contributing to our mission of advancing eco-friendly agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the schedule and manufacturing of the company’s various products.
• Support registration of the company’s products with the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE).
• Provide technical guidance and support to farmers and agricultural professionals regarding best practices for organic fertilizer use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture Science, or an equivalent degree which has been recognized and certified by UAE Ministry of Education.
• Valid registration with UAE MOCCAE.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with farm workers and with other engineers.
• Willingness to travel for field assessments and customer support within the UAE.
• Must have a valid UAE driver's license.
