Agile Coach

We are delighted to be recruiting for one of the region's premier financial institutions.
This client has asked us to find an Agile Coach to work alongside their core internal team. The overall ask is to take 13 squads to agile maturity, so excellent experience in coaching at team level is required (although this is most definitely an AC role, not a Scrum Master position).

We're looking for a highly experienced all-round coach (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) who has coached previously in western Europe or the US (onsite). Alternatively, coaches who are from the region and fluent in Arabic will also be considered.
Offering a rate of £6500/month (tax-free - AED equivalent), and regular flights home can also be negotiated.

This is an on-going contract position with the potential to become a permanent position, working as an employed Lithe consultant.
