Job description

Core Responsibilities

  1. Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the General Manager, Service and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
  2. Drives revenue growth by planning and implementing new business strategy, addressing lost sales opportunities with key focus on Bodyshop and Fleet Service business development to increase customer retention through penetration and marketing development.
  3. Develop Business Plans including product market positioning, growth potential, and profitability targets for any new opportunity in line with set objectives.
  4. Build tailor-made service contract pricing and SLA with fleet customers to enhance retention.
  5. Work closely with the Aftersales Marketing team in implementing a marketing plan to enhance customer retention and penetration.
  6. Research competitor products, and prices and provide market studies on potential business opportunities for the product line based on the full understanding of current car parc and its evolution.
  7. Visit the market and meet customers to build and maintain senior-level client relationships and strong internal and external networks.
  8. Responsible for negotiating business matters with clients, preparation of proposals, and submission of quotations.
  9. Manage projects related to Business Development utilizing professional project management techniques.
  10. Increase business for Service by identifying opportunities, analyzing customer databases, and other means of generating business interest.
  11. Develop new accounts while continuously monitoring the performance of existing accounts and identify new opportunities and solutions to enhance retention.
  12. Closely work with Aftersales Marketing Team to plan for Parts & Service marketing activities to increase inter-functional teamwork with Aftersales Marketing team and all other (Service & Parts) Senior Management and staff.
  13. Undertake additional responsibility as per the operational requirement.
  14. Understand and implement the company QHSE and OSH policy. Allocate responsibility for the QHSE management system and delegate authority.
  15. Lead in QHSE Risk Management activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe and appropriate for the betterment of the operation. Also, the necessary procedures, rules, and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published, and applied.
