Job Description: After-Sales and Support Specialist
As an After-Sales and Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients success post-implementation. You'll provide onboarding, technical support, and ongoing assistance to ensure clients maximize the value of Lisan AI solutions. Additionally, you will handle client inquiries and support requests to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to clients to ensure seamless adoption of Lisan AI solutions.
- Deliver prompt and effective technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Handle client inquiries and support requests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and implement tailored solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster retention and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales or client support for SaaS solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS products and AI technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional service.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, with the ability to support solutions tailored to both languages.
