Position: Head Coach

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Specifications:

Coaching & Program Development:

1. Design, deliver, and oversee coaching programs for all levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
2. Develop tailored coaching plans for individuals, groups, and elite players to meet specific needs and goals.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching sessions and adjust strategies as necessary.
4. Organize and lead advanced player clinics, training camps, and masterclasses.

Team Management:

1. Train and mentor a team of assistant and junior coaches to maintain high coaching standards.
2. Coordinate schedules and assign responsibilities to coaching staff for group classes, private lessons, and academy programs.
3. Foster a collaborative and motivating environment for the coaching team.

Program Expansion & Revenue Growth:

1. Plan and execute initiatives to increase Padel Tennis participation, including outreach programs, tournaments, and social events.
2. Identify opportunities to attract new clients and retain existing ones through innovative coaching offerings.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote coaching programs and events.

Coaching Certification Development:

1. Develop and implement a Padel Coaching Certification Module to enhance the qualifications of the coaching team.
2. Work with national and international Padel federations to ensure the certification program aligns with recognized standards.

Event & Competition Management:

1. Organize and oversee internal tournaments, leagues, and external competitions.
2. Provide on-site coaching support for players during competitions.
3. Promote a competitive yet inclusive atmosphere that encourages player development.

Operational Excellence:

1. Ensure coaching programs are conducted safely and align with health and safety regulations.
2. Collaborate with the Venue Manager to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and maintain equipment.
3. Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques, industry trends, and equipment technology.

Qualifications:

1.Required:

• Certification in Padel Coaching (e.g., Level 2 or equivalent recognized qualification).
• Minimum 5 years of coaching experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

2.Preferred:

• Experience coaching elite or professional players.
• Knowledge of sports psychology, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention.

Experience Requirements:

• Strong technical and tactical knowledge of Padel Tennis.
• Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate players and staff.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality coaching programs and achieving measurable results.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with players of all ages and abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passionate about growing the sport of Padel Tennis and developing talent.

To lead and manage the Padel Tennis coaching program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality coaching services that enhance player performance, attract new participants, and support the growth of the sport. The Head Coach will also contribute to the development of the Padel Tennis Academy and oversee the implementation of coaching certification programs to establish the venue as a leader in the sports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Coaching, including at least 2 yrs in a leadership role: 5 years (Required)
• Coaching elite or professional players: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• ENGLISH & ARABIC OR ANY OTHER IS + (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certification in Padel Coaching (Level 2 or equivalent) (Required)
