Role overview

We are seeking a versatile and skilled General Maintenance Technician to handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across our resort. The role requires a proactive individual capable of addressing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance needs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of resort facilities and equipment.
• Address and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Assist with setup, installation, and assembly tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any major issues to management.

Requirements:

• Broad maintenance experience, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Schedule: Full-time, including weekends and on-call rotations as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma (preferably).
• 2 years relevant on-the-job experience or technical qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
