We’re currently recruiting for an Affiliate Account Manager as part of the growth of our Affiliates team. This would be a full-time role and based out of our Dubai office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships in real estate, finance, insurance, automotive, and BtoB sectors.
  • Create and execute strategy for affiliate programs including recruitment and retention.
  • Affiliate onboarding.
  • Understand KPIs in other online channels.
  • Develop and manage monthly affiliate budgets across all brands.
  • Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities, responding to publisher inquiries and drafting communications and newsletters for various campaigns.
  • Work closely with affiliates to develop campaign ideas.
  • Run and analyze reports, provide insights, and recommend improvements on affiliate activities and the overall program.
  • Initiate new campaign ideas and placements/exclusives.
  • Seek out and use available information/resources to make sound decisions that represent good judgment and are in the best interest of the Company.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network, or agency side.
  • Experience with analytics software such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Excel and Data Studio.
  • Discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and provide frequent reporting.
  • Attention to detail, accountability, and pride in quality of work.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners.
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner and creative thinker.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive, and collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
