Aesthetic Physician

The Aesthetic Physician will report to the Medical Director & Clinic Director.

Job Overview:

An Ideal Aesthetic Physician will specialize in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Injectables, Laser treatments, and other skin and cosmetic related treatments and procedures. The success will involve excellent verbal communication, relationship building, and professional skills in addition to providing consultations, developing tailor-made treatment plans, and delivering satisfactory results and customer satisfaction. The Aesthetic Physician will be an integral part of the organization and will contribute to success through customer retention and satisfaction by rendering outstanding services and providing an unmatched experience to customers irrespective of gender and ethnicity.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Consultations and Assessments: Understanding patient needs and developing a comprehensive treatment approach that results in excellent outcomes and convincing the customer to follow the treatment and its protocols.
• Non-Surgical Aesthetic Procedures: Perform all kinds of existing non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to Face & Body Fillers, Face and Body Botox, Platelet Rich Plasma, Mesotherapy, Stem Cell treatments, Carboxytherapy, Blepharoplasty, Non-Surgical nose correction, Genital Fillers, and new future trends.
• Face and Body Treatments: Ablative and Non-Ablative laser treatments, Chemical and non-chemical peels and facials, Body and face contouring treatments, Hair fall and growth treatments, Face and body rejuvenation treatments.
• Developing Trends in Medical Practice: Continuous education and staying informed and trained on new techniques, trends, and advancements in aesthetic medicine. Attend conferences and workshops to enhance skills and develop new treatments and set trends.
• Developing Treatment Plans and Protocols: Design personalized treatment plans and protocols based on customers' desired physical and psychological goals that fulfill customer and organizational goals.
• Branding and Marketing Activities: Extend support in creating content and branding the organization to reach the target audience in the form of blogs, photos/videos, and interviews.

Qualifications:

• Valid DHA License as Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist
• Minimum 3 years of U.A.E experience in a similar setup
• Skills: Time and appointment management, business acumen, attention to detail, aesthetic eye, problem-solving, outstanding negotiation skills, medical knowledge, and manual precision.
• Presentable and ethical
• Language: English & Arabic. Additional languages such as Russian, French & Spanish will be preferred.
