Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and successfully execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed growth and revenue goals for your industry;
  • Identify opportunities in the market by creating and targeting a list of key potential clients, matching our products to the client's needs;
  • Understand the media agency landscape and who the decision makers are, building strong reasoning for why they should advertise on dubizzle/Bayut;
  • Drive high levels of sales activity to build a strong pipeline and portfolio of clients across all stages of the sales cycle (source, pitch, negotiate, convert, onboard and rebook);
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on both the dubizzle and Bayut advertising products but also market trends, becoming a market expert in your field;
  • Consistently deliver for your advertisers by creating well-structured and thorough media plans/proposal slides which fit the client's needs;
  • Actively manage each campaign, improve performance where possible and analyse performance, guiding the client on the next steps;
  • Provide solid weekly/monthly revenue forecasts to management which are accurate;

Requirements

  • Marketing or Advertising related higher qualifications preferred;
  • Minimum 4 years in an advertising sales position, with 2 years in online media;
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in real estate;
  • Experience in Salesforce/Google Ad Manager is a plus;
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising preferred (SEM, PPC, Banner ads, Programmatic advertising);
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel, Google Slides & Sheets needed;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Driven individual who will go above and beyond;
  • A high level of sales activity is expected so a high work rate is needed;
