Roles & Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to understand their fishing and marine equipment needs.
2. Provide expert advice and recommendations on the selection of fishing rods, reels, tackle, boating accessories, and other marine equipment.
3. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the merchandise.
4. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering product comparisons, explaining pricing, and discussing payment options.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
