Establish and maintain profitable business relationships with advertisers in the MENA and GCC regions.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with advertisers, managing onboarding, account optimization, reporting, billing, and ongoing communication.
Assist clients in reaching their business KPIs.
Maintain communication and meetings, where you will: identify issues, discuss opportunities, provide product updates, and lead general account support regarding the campaign's performance.
Utilize analytical thinking to work well with dashboard data.
Proactively monitor and analyze data metrics to enhance performance and achieve advertiser KPIs.
Manage campaigns and implement constant improvements as well as creative solutions to increase activity.
Execute growth opportunities within existing business, prevent churn, and successfully launch new opportunities.
Identify areas of opportunity for the advertiser's business to progress through new and improved tools, processes, or ideas.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
3+ years hands-on experience in a client-facing digital advertising role; native experience is a must.
Strong analytical abilities to draw conclusions, generate insights, and enhance performance.
Self-motivated and a fast mover.
Experience in working with internal and external teams across different time zones and locations.
