Advertising Account Manager

Viola Communications are currently hiring across various roles in our Integrated Advertising & Communications team for Account Managers / Account Executives.

It is a permanent, full-time role which will require the candidate to be based in / flexible to relocate to Abu Dhabi, due to the specific and dynamic needs of the role.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of all incoming requests and outgoing deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive client briefs that clearly outline objectives and guide internal teams on project execution.
• Orchestrate integrated advertising campaigns across traditional and digital media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, media, production, social media) to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Create and manage digital content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand strategies, insights, and trends for social media and digital campaigns.
• Analyze the performance of digital and social content, providing detailed analytics reports to clients.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns meet client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Partner with clients to develop tailored marketing strategies and ensure alignment with their business objectives.
• Prepare and discuss fee proposals and budgets with clients in collaboration with the account directors.
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness by managing purchase orders (POs), billing, and maintaining financial oversight for projects.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the communications / advertising industry
• Preferably an Arabic speaker
• A qualification in media studies / mass communications will be an advantage
• Prior experience in managing teams in an Agency setting
• Experience with clients in the government sector will be an advantage
• Based in / flexible to relocate to Abu Dhabi, due to the dynamics of the role
