Job description

Please note that experience as a Student counsellor/Admissions officer (Sales role) for Online/Distance Learning for Higher Education in the UAE is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and manage inquiries from prospective students.
  2. Be responsible for your own lead generation, including cold calling.
  3. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  4. Provide detailed information about the various university programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and financial options.
  5. Deliver accurate and consistent information to ensure a clear understanding of the Institute's offerings.
  6. Schedule appointments, interviews, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
  7. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all arrangements are in place.
  8. Assist prospective students with the application process, guiding them through required documentation, deadlines, and submission procedures.
  9. Address any questions or concerns related to the application process.
  10. Maintain regular communication with prospective students to nurture relationships and address any additional inquiries.
  11. Support the admissions team in building rapport and trust with potential students.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, interactions, and application statuses in the CRM system.
  13. Generate reports and insights to assist in monitoring and analyzing admissions data.
  14. Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events, fairs, and other outdoor marketing activities.
  15. Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication for events.
  16. Collaborate closely with the marketing and academic departments to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless applicant experience.
  17. Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  18. Gather feedback from prospective students and their families to identify areas for process improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  19. Propose suggestions for optimizing the admissions process.
  20. Assist with administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and maintaining admissions materials.
