Responsibilities:
Engage with Prospects: Reach out and connect with prospective students through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person consultations.
Generate Leads: Build a robust pipeline by generating leads through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online outreach.
Consultative Selling: Conduct discussions to assess students' needs and recommend suitable programs based on their goals.
Product Knowledge: Become well-versed in our programs, curricula, admission requirements, and key selling points to effectively highlight their benefits.
Application Support: Guide prospective students through the application process, helping them with document submissions, deadlines, and fee inquiries for a smooth experience.
Handle Objections: Address any concerns regarding our programs, admissions criteria, tuition, financial aid, and career outcomes.
Meet Sales Targets: Work proactively to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue goals.
Follow Up: Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships, provide updates, and support enrollment decisions.
Build Relationships: Establish rapport with prospective students to encourage referrals and cultivate long-term connections.
Manage CRM: Keep detailed records of all interactions, application statuses, and enrollment outcomes in our CRM system.
Collaborate: Team up with admissions, academic departments, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop effective strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and feedback to boost your effectiveness.
Requirements:
2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in education or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for facilitating educational and career aspirations.
Results-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or sales management systems.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends for recruitment events as needed.
Previous experience in admissions, education, or student services is a plus.
