We are currently recruiting for a Bid Administrator - Sales Support to join our Business Development Team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope: Bid Administrator involves overseeing lead generation portals, managing tender and information mailboxes, and supporting bid proposal production. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining bid libraries, updating trackers, and processing NDAs and EOIs for seamless operations.
Customer
- Review all portals for lead generation opportunities, ensuring comprehensive coverage
Process
- Manage the tender's mailbox and information mailbox efficiently to ensure prompt response and action
- Setting up folders for incoming inquiries and updating relevant trackers accordingly
- Downloading, saving, and circulating documents as necessary for bid submissions
- Updating the bids tracker with new opportunities and relevant information
- Processing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) promptly and accurately
- Maintain and monitor the bids library, ensuring version control and accuracy of information
- Support the production and delivery of compliant proposals in collaboration with the Bid Coordinator
