Job Title

Leasing Administrator | Asset Management Business Unit | MAF Properties

Role Summary

The position is responsible for performing various administrative tasks for the Leasing department and coordinating with various departments, including tenants, to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning through regular follow-ups in a timely manner within the assigned area. The Lease Administrator is also responsible for maintaining accurate records and managing all aspects of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Role Profile

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leasing team, including deal instructions, generating CRM proposals, obtaining legal documents, and managing correspondence.
  2. Act as a liaison between the Leasing department and other internal departments as well as external stakeholders, such as tenants, to facilitate smooth operations and timely communication.
  3. Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks and issues within the department and with tenants to ensure that all obligations and deadlines are met.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and well-organized.
  5. Generate regular reports on lease status and administrative tasks to keep management informed and support decision-making processes.
  6. Must have computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint).

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in shopping malls/real estate.
