Driven Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to support our Marketing team on a 2-month freelance project. The role involves verifying and uploading property content to our website, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all listings. This is a great opportunity for a freelancer looking to gain experience in real estate marketing while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Review and verify property content, including descriptions, images, and specifications, for accuracy and completeness.
• Upload and manage property listings on the Driven Properties website.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or inconsistent information.
• Perform quality checks to ensure listings are error-free and meet company standards.
• Provide progress updates to the Marketing team on the status of content uploads.

• Previous administrative experience, preferably in content management or marketing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and marketing is a plus.
• Available for one month project, must have own visa.
