We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across various departments including Vehicle Management, Hotel Booking, Security, Telephone, Canteen, Labour, Factories, Insurance, and HR activities.
Vehicle Department:
- Maintain and update MIS reports and records for vehicle maintenance.
- Track drivers' attendance and ensure timely vehicle services and repairs.
- Guarantee timely provision of vehicles based on requisitions.
- Oversee vehicle compliance, including insurance renewal.
- Handle drivers' increment documentation, salary verification, and tour bill approvals.
Labour Camp Accommodation:
Manage labour camp accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance, safety & security, and provide accurate weekly & monthly reports.
Security Department:
- Prepare MIS reports and conduct audits on security supervisors and guards' records.
- Provide recommendations for security improvements.
- Manage security billing and increment documentation.
Telephone:
- Manage billing and prepare MIS reports.
- Communicate with service providers, raise complaints, and handle activation/deactivation of services.
- Oversee documentation related to internal SIM and network services.
Canteen:
- Address daily complaints regarding quality and quantity from staff and canteen contractors.
Labour Department:
- Manage contractors' Visa agreements and registration renewals.
- Handle government communications and notifications.
- Liaise with departmental officers.
Other Works:
- Coordinate with police and forest departments as needed.
- Manage interactions with Govt Bodies for cleaning and other activities.
- Oversee various administrative tasks under the guidance of managers, including emergency actions, general repairs, and asset maintenance.
General Administration:
- Manage emergency actions, stationary PR work, and advocate quotations and billing.
Personnel and Time Office Functions:
- Oversee all time office functions.
- Monitor MIS and ensure compliance with third-party audit observations.
HR Activities:
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage onboarding, orientations, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with employee disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling court cases and coordinating with the HR team.

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to various administrative functions.
