Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Nationality: Indian or Egyptian (preference, not a strict requirement)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative or managerial roles, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position is open to Indian or Egyptian nationals, with fluency in the English language. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all administrative tasks and operations within the company
2. Manage and supervise administrative staff members
3. Develop and implement efficient procedures and policies for daily operations
4. Maintain accurate records and documents for future reference
5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
7. Handle any administrative issues or inquiries in a timely manner
8. Monitor budget and expenses related to admin activities
9. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role
3. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
7. Experience working with multicultural teams is a plus
