Job description

- Coordinate container bookings for plastic material shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Negotiate rates and terms with shipping lines and logistics service providers to optimize freight costs and maintain market competitiveness.
- Review and verify LC documents to facilitate secure and efficient transactions in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, including correspondence, record-keeping, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Act as a liaison for communication between different departments and regional offices, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Address inquiries and provide support to internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors regarding logistical and administrative matters.
