Salary: 6,500 -7,000/Month (depending on experience and qualification)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the creation of contracts for groups, travel agents, and corporates.
Make sure the contracts managed as per Apartment department process.
SharePoint Memos -related to special rates, projects etc.
Coordination with Legal Team.
Creation / updating of policies and procedures.
Procurement portal – for Store
Assist the team on onboarding of online channels from contracting, creating and building the property, set-up rates, promotions and managing the extranets.
Periodic review to be conducted to review the content, pictures, rates and promotions, availability, and customer reviews.
Commission Reporting and Memo Preparation: Generate monthly memos based on commission invoices.
Issue commission memo -follow on approvals and payment updates
To prepare and present Daily, Weekly and Monthly and periodic reports as per business requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school Diploma or Hospitality / equivalent degree.
At least 1-years relevant experience in hotel reservations or in administrative section.
Working knowledge in using Opera PMS, Revenue Management Systems, CRS Systems and MS Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Telephone etiquette and Upselling techniques, preparing contracts and responding to guest feedbacks
