Administrative Coordinator - Immediate Joiner [Own Visa]
1. Team Management
- Manage the admin team along with the company driver and office assistant.
- Reliever for the receptionist.
2. Administrative Functions
- Ensure reception area is neat with necessary stationary.
- Conference room management.
- Preparation and dispatching of outgoing couriers.
- Receiving of incoming couriers, TECOM deliveries, and post.
- Distribution of TECOM documents and EIDs to the appropriate team.
- Keeping track of the expiry of parking cards and door access cards.
- Coordinate with the building Security, FM, and Housekeeping teams in case of a requirement.
- Liaising with suppliers (Stationery, printing, photocopy maintenance, flower delivery, plant maintenance, etc.).
- Preparing the weekly stock list for the office.
- Support Office Manager with all the day-to-day work.
3. Required Skills
- Experience of 2 years as an Admin Assistant.
- Customer servicing attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
