Job description

General

Key Accountabilities of the role

  1. Provide a high level of customer service and care.
  2. Present the company in a professional manner in all business fields.
  3. Self-development and continuing personal development.

Policies, Systems, Processes And Procedures

  1. Analyses and document business process and problems to develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.

Pmc

  1. FTA cases registration (ShareFolder, excel and oracle system).
  2. FTA reconciling (weekly & monthly basis).
  3. Business monthly reports (Performance Indicator KPI, Pending cases, and under process cases reports).
  4. Draft & issue VAT verification reports.
  5. Monthly MIS preparation.
  6. Manage and follow up all kinds of e-mails related to the department, contact the customers and clients based on business needs.
  7. Ensure a high standard of report output and quality control.

Risk

  1. Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective development advisory department.

Training

In-house training will be given.
