Job description

We are looking for a female Admin Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks relating to Procurement, Logistic, Accounting & Finance operations. The role also involves other admin duties.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Supporting and facilitating the completion of regular reports
  • Proficient in making presentations
  • Expertise in email/letter drafting
  • Follow-up with banks/customers for payment
  • Gate pass for raw material and high-value goods
  • Arrangement of travel (ticket, hotel)
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English language, both oral and written
  • B Com or equivalent bachelor degree
  • Relevant experience of at least 2-3 years
  • Working experience in SAP is an added advantage
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Business sense
