We are looking for a female Admin Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks relating to Procurement, Logistic, Accounting & Finance operations. The role also involves other admin duties.
Responsibilities:
Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments
Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms
Supporting and facilitating the completion of regular reports
Proficient in making presentations
Expertise in email/letter drafting
Follow-up with banks/customers for payment
Gate pass for raw material and high-value goods
Arrangement of travel (ticket, hotel)
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
Proficient in English language, both oral and written
B Com or equivalent bachelor degree
Relevant experience of at least 2-3 years
Working experience in SAP is an added advantage
Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
