Job description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our CEO in day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our healthcare leadership team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
  2. Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  3. Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  4. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO.
  6. Maintain an organized filing system for efficient record-keeping.
  7. Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
  8. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is advantageous, but not essential.
  8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
