We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring that our office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Handle general office duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and files. Assist in the creation of presentations and documents.
Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and clients. Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone.
Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with project coordination and data entry tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Tally) and familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
