Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure smooth office operations by overseeing administrative functions.
  2. Manage and organize office layout and office supplies.
  3. Oversee office equipment, ensuring it is well-maintained and operational.
  4. Provide administrative support to various departments.
  5. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  6. Assist with document preparation, filing, and recordkeeping.
  7. Maintain employee records, handle timesheets, and manage attendance.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients.
  9. Coordinate communication between departments and senior management.
  10. Assist with managing office budgets and track office expenditures.
  11. Handle vendor relations and assist in obtaining quotes for office services and supplies.
  12. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and team-building events.
