We are currently recruiting for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.
The Administrative Assistant at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the hotel. This role includes managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, internal and external coordination, and assisting with other administrative tasks to support the management team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a high level of professionalism and will include key responsibilities such as:
Ideally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. The candidate should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality, a customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor, and fluency in English. Flexibility to work outside standard office hours if required is also essential.
