Overall responsible for admin functions, including but not limited to the visa renewal process, food card renewal process, leave management, passport management, event management, and casual labor management.
MIS Working: Consolidates complete data for all admin expenses, maintains daily expenses in a tracker, performs reconciliation work, and assists admin management.
Municipality Health Card: Maintains tracker, prepares documents, aligns staff, and sends for medical & vaccine processing.
Casual Labor Supply Management: Upon receiving requests from departments, rechecks for approvals, coordinates with suppliers, ensures proper deployment, maintains data of hired labor, and shares hourly cutoff details with finance twice a month.
Office Maintenance: Rechecks that all jobs are done, and in case of any issues, intimates supplier for visits and maintains the work.
1-3 years of relevant experience.
High School Certificate.
