We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key support pillar for the team, handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring seamless office operations. You will work closely with various departments to provide organizational and clerical support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee office management, supplies, and general administrative tasks
  2. Assist with documentation, invoice processing, and data entry for HR and Finance
  3. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  4. Support onboarding processes for new team members
  5. Maintain records and ensure smooth internal processes
  6. Handle ad-hoc administrative support as required

What We're Looking For

  1. Experience in an administrative or support role (1-3 years preferred)
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  3. Excellent communication in English + French
  4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities effectively
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools
  6. A proactive and problem-solving mindset
