About the Role

Vitalmed is looking for an Administrative Assistant for immediate hiring to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This role is crucial in managing logistics operations, product registration, and ETA monitoring of finished goods from various sources. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing setup, ensuring the efficient flow of raw materials, samples, and finished goods, while handling regulatory documentation for both local and international markets.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Administrative experience in logistics, supply chain, or regulatory affairs
  2. Background in a manufacturing setup, with knowledge of ETA tracking and inventory planning
  3. Experience in local and international product registration processes
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills
  5. Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  6. Ability to liaise with regulatory bodies, customs, and compliance teams
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  8. High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  9. Experience in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, healthcare, or FMCG industries is a plus
  10. Associate's degree or certification in Administrative Assistance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Regulatory Affairs preferred
