Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Sharjah. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, maintaining effective communication, and performing executive administrative tasks. Clerical skills will also be required for this role.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
