Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at FAYROOZ CAFE located in Sharjah. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls and email correspondence, managing schedules, and assisting with clerical tasks. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will support executive staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the office and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
