Prepare and file reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to the Flight Operations team, including handling correspondence, maintaining databases, and organizing meetings.
Ensure all required documents are completed and filed according to company and regulatory standards.
Communicate issues or changes to relevant parties and assist in resolving operational challenges.
Assist in organizing safety meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
Monitor and ensure that all required documents and certifications for flight instructors and students are up to date.
Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing materials.
Provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
All other tasks assigned by the Head of Administration.
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles (preferably within the aviation industry).
Knowledge of flight operations and aviation terminology is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive tasks.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
