Job description
  • Acts as office administrator for the site including office supplies, filing, organization of travel, recording and storing of documentation.
  • Provides full administrative support to the Site Manager.
  • Acts as project assistant for the site team (arrange travel, create documents).
  • Welcomes visitors and clients including arranging catering as required.
  • Develops and coordinates business review reports in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Keeps track of leave requests and absences.
  • Creates and adapts documents and templates.
  • Keeps the Site Manager informed of all site-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Basic diploma or equivalent in office administration.
  • Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements.
  • Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), SafePass (ROI), CSCS, or CCNSG card or equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Good forward planner.
  • Ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Good command of English; other languages an advantage.
  • The role generally receives no instruction on work and acts independently to determine methods and ability to work with limited supervision.
