Job description
  • Assist the CEO with the day-to-day tasks and coordinating the communication with the Operations team.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
  • Manage and organize office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records, company events and employee gatherings.
  • Keep track and coordinate for the renewals of company documents for example (Ejari, Trade Licenses, Permits etc.).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Administrative Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.

  • Working Days – From Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off).
