Job description

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the organization by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and cover reception area.

POSITION FOR LADIES ONLY

Language :

Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience : 1-2 year UAE experience Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars.

Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies, arranging meetings.

Support HR with on boarding and employee documentation.

Ensure the office is tidy and well-maintained.

Other duties as assigned.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Professional demeanor and customer service skills.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and workload.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience:
