Job Description:
- Process/verify routine documentation, according to defined procedures, to check for completeness and/or errors.
- Engage in data entry and verification to contribute to the processing of customer transactions.
- Update and maintain records regularly to ensure easy retrieval, validity, and accuracy of data.
- Forward customer requests to the relevant colleagues or department to ensure prompt and informed responses to external customers.
- Follow up with customers on pending documentation, signatures, etc. to support the efficient processing of administrative processes.
- Act on any other work-associated duties as assigned by the direct line manager such as scanning.
Required Documents:
- Bachelor Degree
- 2+ years UAE Experience
- Excellent Arabic and English Communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
