Job description

Your responsibilities as the Administrative Assistant will include:

  1. Can Handle Pressure
  2. Forming and maintaining employee records
  3. Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  4. Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  5. Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  6. Communicating with external partners
  7. Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
  8. Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  9. Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
  10. Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
