We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be supporting our daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this role, as you will be handling data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks. Additionally, this position will assist with drafting and preparing contracts, offer letters, and other official documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle data entry tasks and maintain databases accurately and efficiently.
Generate Excel reports, charts, and analyses as needed by the team.
Assist with creating and formatting contracts, offer letters, and other official company documents.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office requirements.
Support team members with administrative requests and special projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in data management or analysis.
Familiarity with drafting employment documents.
Knowledge of additional office management software (e.g., ERP systems).
