We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily office operations and ensuring administrative efficiency. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support internal and external meetings and events
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
Assist in the preparation, editing, and distribution of various documents and reports
Place and expedite orders for supplies, and verify receipt of supplies
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and updating records
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Perform additional ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Have a general understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and tools; assist in the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including social media management
