Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of operations and providing administrative support across various functions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in facilitating efficient communication, organizing information, and supporting our team in providing exceptional service to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide daily support to management and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally, ensuring clear and timely communication with clients and team members.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and other company documents in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and company gatherings.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for our clients and partners, addressing queries and requests with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Project Support: Assist various departments as needed with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to support different departments.
